These Breda Coaches have Electric Motors driving the Center Axle with power drawn from overhead wires and Detroit Diesel 6V92TA engines and ZF Transmissions driving the rear most axles. These buses operate under Electric Power in the Downtown Metro Tunnel and then switch to Diesel Power and operate off wire when departing the Downtown Metro Tunnel. #5019 is seen entering the Downtown Tunnel as a route 550 on July 1, 2002.
