Feature Photo: Calgary Transit 1992 New Flyer D40 #7001 is the only remaining D40 out of the original 10 units purchased in 1992 #'s (7001-7010). #7001 was rebuilt about 4 to 5 years ago and it was determained it would be too costly to rebuild the other 9 units when compared to the cost of rebuilding the MCI Classics.
